Due to a limited number of spaces available, you can change or cancel your class up to 8 hours before the class starts. If you cancel within 8 hours before class starts, you will lose the class. Session pack members will the lose the class and unlimited members will be charged the below fees accordingly. Please note we do not give refunds.

Cancelling a Reservation

Sign into your account

1. Go to “My Info” > “My Schedule”

2. Click “Cancel” next to the class you wish to cancel

Late Cancel - $15 Charge

No Show - $25 Charge
